Our warehouse staff are highly trained and will pack your products in accordance with our exact and precise specifications. The goods you send us are checked thoroughly and properly secured before shipping. We ship to thousands customers every day from all over the world. Orders that contain more than one item are assigned processing periods for each item.
We will inspect each and every one of the items ordered before shipping. Today, the majority orders will be delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time is estimated to be between three and seven days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing and cannot be fully controlled by us due to the involvement of several parties including the factory and our warehouse. So the actual stock may fluctuate at any moment. It's possible that you may not receive your purchase after it has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you haven't received your product within 30 days, we are not able to provide either a return or exchange.
Your item should be in the original packaging and be unused. You must have the item in its original packaging.
