- 3. Place the tile and slide in to the final position. Install ProntoMosaics on any clean, smooth, and leveled surface. These wall adhesives are perfect for painted walls, decorative panels, ceramics, smooth and painted finished concrete, and even already installed mosaic walls. In order to ensure seamless installation, we recommend ordering 10% more than originally planned to account for pattern placement and trimming your ProntoMosaics with a finishing silicone in the color of your choice.
