Unfinished utility grade flooring will have knots, worm holes, milling imperfections, and require shorter plank length which makes it a rustic and economical choice. These Oak planks are 3/4″ x 2 1/4″. Allow for a minimum 20% waste factor.
Unfinished flooring should be sanded and finished after installation, and therefore, does not come with a warranty.

The stock is constantly changing and cannot be fully controlled by us due to the involvement of several parties including the factory and our warehouse. So the actual stock may fluctuate at any moment. It's possible that you may not receive your purchase after it has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you haven't received your product within 30 days, we are not able to provide either a return or exchange.
Your item should be in the original packaging and be unused. You must have the item in its original packaging.
