Why Fireclay?
Fireclay is a mixture made of clay and minerals, heated to an extremely high temperature, molded, glazed and fired and high temperatures, which causes the clay and glaze to fuse together and makes for one of the most durable sinks. This clay is only found in certain regions of the world, making its mixture more expensive to produce. Fireclay sinks will be heavier and more dense. Typically 20 pounds heavier. Returns
The stock is constantly changing and cannot be fully controlled by us due to the involvement of several parties including the factory and our warehouse. So the actual stock may fluctuate at any moment. It's possible that you may not receive your purchase after it has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you haven't received your product within 30 days, we are not able to provide either a return or exchange.
Your item should be in the original packaging and be unused. You must have the item in its original packaging.
